We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Writer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be developing content that aligns with our client’s brand goals, communicates their message effectively, and drives engagement and conversions. This position has a three-month term with the potential for extension. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure the content reflects the brand’s voice and meets the project objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling, well-researched, and audience-centric content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Develop content strategies that align with the clients’ objectives and effectively convey their message to the target audience.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target markets, and client industries to produce accurate and informative content.
- Craft engaging headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings on search engines.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring it meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the content and visuals work together harmoniously to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop content for digital campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
- Adapt writing style and tone to match different clients’ brand voices and target audiences.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 1+ years of experience as a content writer.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Portfolio or writing samples showcasing your ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to understand client needs, research industry topics, and translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
