We seek a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visually captivating designs that align with our client’s brand goals and effectively communicate their message to their target audience. You will collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance brand identity and support business growth.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Must have proven work experience as a visual designer with at least two (2) years of experience.
- Develop brand identities, including logo designs, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that align with the client’s brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to improve design capabilities continuously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
- Conduct design research, competitor analysis, and user experience assessments to inform design decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client industries and target audiences to create designs that resonate with their needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and visually appealing design projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to translate client requirements and brand objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.
