Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead-generation goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our social media presence.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively, optimizing performance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal guidelines and ensure data protection and privacy regulations compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, features, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
