Responsibilities:

- Design visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements during the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to improve design capabilities continuously.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of design solutions.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles, user interface design best practices, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to inform design decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
