As Project Manager at Edgvio, you’ll be the connector — guiding projects from concept to completion.
You’ll work with designers, developers, strategists, and clients to ensure that every deliverable meets Edgvio’s creative and quality standards. Your role combines organization, communication, and creativity to help projects move smoothly and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee the full project lifecycle — from briefing to delivery.
Create timelines, task boards, and milestones using Edgvio’s internal tools.
Coordinate with the creative, web, and strategy teams to ensure work remains aligned.
Communicate project updates clearly with clients and stakeholders.
Track progress, manage revisions, and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify risks or bottlenecks early and find solutions fast.
Support internal processes and optimize project workflows.
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
Strong understanding of creative workflows (branding, design, or web).
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience with basic budgeting, quoting, or client onboarding.
